Nah, it’s confirmed.
That’s one theory
I followed the image to the source and its description was very informative. The horn points have nothing to do with gender, it’s the markings on them that matter. Also, the eyelashes/eye shadow check works just like it does for other characters.
Maybe the Kirin are genderless?
But Rain Shine is female and her horn has two points
