Looks like I called it!
3 years later, he was right.
I don’t remember them ever doing a library playset, which is something I’ve been trying to keep an eye out for. I’ve done a search once before on a MLP toy site and couldn’t find anything about a library playset; I just checked the G4 section of MLP toy site Strawberryreef dot com and couldn’t find anything. If you or anyone else finds it or even some sort of vague lead on where I might find information on one, please let me know; that’s the one playset I would want to get.
I just figured toyeticness(toyeticity?)would help make the development seem more plausible.
Just other fillies, or colts too? For that matter, how many blank flanks are there in canon (show or comic)? Other than the CMC we have Babs Seed and Pipsqueak (and technically the Cake twins, but there’s no way they’re getting cutie marks before they can talk), but I don’t remember any others.
I understand. The show’s always been toy-etic. Somebody even pointed out the house designs for each pony (like Fluttershy’s cottage, the tree library, Carousel Boutique, and such) look like they were designed to become toy play-set houses, but oddly Hasbro didn’t really use them. (Though, didn’t they kinda do the library?)

They’d probably be the “Cutie Crusaders,” (I think that’s what their EqG counterparts were called) or they could still be the CMC, and help other fillies get their marks.
And I probably should have mentioned I was trying to be toyetic with that.
They’d just be the Crusaders, but otherwise I can’t imagine much would change.
That’s… Actually a good idea, as toy-etic as it is. (The kids would love it though.)
Seeing how the CMC were less cutie-mark-obsessed this season, they can still go on misadventures even after they get their marks.
Wouldn’t her cutie mark be a potential way for Hasbro to get money?
Hasbro, if your listening, when the time comes for the CMC to get their marks, I have an idea. You know those heat-activated “rubsigns” you guys use on Transformers figures from time to time? Do something like that, but with cutie marks that “magically” appear.
Let me just say that the creators of the show (including Faust) stated alicorn doesn’t equal “all powerful god.”
Still, I admit Applebloom seems a bit OOC here. She’d probably see it as an oppertunity to get her cutie-mark.
