Well, not every image with caption is ‘meme’. Meme is what people spread and use on the internet. Because you tag it ‘meme’, that you force, it is not really a meme, just a forced image with caption. If you see a popular picture, that people use, spread, link, post, show to each others, that is a meme.  
For example grumpy cat, winter is coming, philosoraptor.
 
So just keep watching the internet, find these memes and ponify it or something if you want to do it good.  
Or at least try to find the good caption to an image. Here RD almost explodes, so she is angry. Can’t make from it a i dont give a thing image cuz you see she is almost explodes.
