I just wish is stayed in it’s own universe, instead of being connected to the DC universe like it was in later seasons.
He was never replaced
Can’t remember who replaced him on the later intro where he used be shown attacking Static.
He was starting to become less of the villain and more of an anti-hero near the end of the series. Probably would have become a full time hero if it went on any longer.
It’s still neat now but it’s like… almost patronizing in some parts.

It’s Hotstreak, he was the first one to bully static before they got their powers.
That was one of the villains, I think. The one who could stretch - I forget his name.
