You know that I always try to be as humane as possible and plus I AM trying to get the necessary paperwork plus its only skin tissue that would be removed.

Sorry, but that’s not for you to decide, the suspect will be taken into custody, questioned, and, if necessary, face a trial and subsequent incarceration for their crime. If you wish to…experiment…you’ll have to go through the proper channels, and I’m obligated to remind you that all experimentation on living subjects is required by law to be as humane and non-invasive as possible.
