I don’t like Bowsette because of how the less SFW male crowd is handling it. || Bowsette is a trap by definition, a male posing as a female, which if you remember anything about the Felix Argyle debate, is still gay to want intercourse with as a male. They’ll tell you it’s different, and that it’s not gay because reasons, but it’s still gay at it’s core. Some people are even using it as an excuse to dance around homophobia.||  
While it’s probably not the intended interpretation of Bowsette, people sure seem to think it is.
