All of them minus Pinkie got fat in like the first episode. Stuck in flan they had to literally eat their way out.

Yeah she’s not as interested in eating the treats as she is making them now. Twilight’s inherited that trait instead.
Alot of gags could be somebody’s “fetish.” I remember people making blowjob jokes over that time Spike inflated Applejack in FIM.

Ironic because FIM had several “fetish” moments”, and don’t even get me started in half the content the fandom makes. But no, its suddenly a bad thing when Pony Life does it because its Pony Life. The blatant forms of hypocrisy this fandom has is just staggering.

And it’s true. 3 fat pinkie moments in 9 seasons…oddly none so far in pony life. Every pony except her has gotten fat so far.
They had plenty of fat/bloated Pinkie & Spike gags though.
According to the leak, there was a scrapped FIM episode concept of Rainbow Dash getting fat/out of shape after getting addicted to a VR-like device, or something. I guess they feared it’d be “body shaming,” or too popular with DA users, or something. (Or they didn’t wanna go that typical old cartoon trope route of demonizing “new technology” like an old geezer.)
In 9 years of FIM there were only 2 fat twilight moments, and the second one is barely that. In 1 year of Pony Life they’ve had three such moments…just saying.
If that were the case, they probably would’ve made her much fatter.

Funnily enough, this isn’t the first time Twilight’s gotten fat in this series. It really makes me think that someone on the show has a fat fetish, especially when it comes to Twilight.
Yeah they really went all out with emphasising her newly acquired fatness lol
