Admittedly, if you claim that any show about brightly colored horses is ripping off MLP, you may not be wrong. However, your trying to claim they are ripping off certain characters is a bit far. There are only so many color combinations that can be used. Even the main show re-uses some of them. It also follows a bit of a gender concept in this case, with Corn being a boy, and Peg a girl, and the fact this is for little kids, which means that they characters need to be brightly colored and easily recognizable so that they can be told apart easily.
 
Also, while I can’t talk about most, I can say that the Gordon Ramsay one does not count. The Corn and Peg character is Todd, and he works at a comic book shop.
