Only the Confusion this could strat. When Twillight is turning into her again and the Chrysalis Twillight is talking strange to her friends.

I don’t think it would work that way. Twilight, being in Chrsalis’ body, would be powered up love.
 
Chrysalis, in Twilight’s body, would have to suffer through having people that actually love her but not getting any power out of it.

why would she want to fix it, she could abtain more love through Twilight then ever possible and it would be way WAY easier to infiltrait canterlot this way
