But Hilda is still from BW. Also could appear in a future episode (maybe even as a possible advertising for a game featuring Unova or being a sequel to the Unovan characters) as a Character of the Day or as a minor recurring-ish one.
 
Even though that, with Gen VI, propably Hilda and Hilbert would not appear, but still, the Anime is very different from the games (Brock and Misty following Ash around, Ash has a completely different personality from Red, Leaf does not appear, the Gold and Silver-based episodes still has Ash travelling for Johto instead of retiring on a mountain, Jessie and James who are always antagonizing Ash s’ group with their talking Meowth, they do not have the trios and quintets of the games and manga) the games were invented before the anime, Hilda was in Unova before Georgia and Burgundy and Stephan and Shooty were there.
