Wasn’t intentional. I had a V1 of #8 all the way back in August ‘15, believe it or not, but it got savaged by the pre-readers.
And well… That’s their job, so I had to go back and start rewriting.
I’m glad to hear that; you kinda left us at a huge cliffhanger!
Actual author here. DH isn’t dead, next chapter (#8) is ‘just’ fighting, kicking and biting like a mule in a roid-rage.
