Look at her mane and the speech bubble. There definitely are patterns, not simple noise.
Yeah, it seems like different kinds of noise filters after a second look. Too bad it just means it’s much less effective than actual glazing/nightshade which were barely an obstacle to begin with.
It’s not normal noise but small, barely visible shapes designed to mislead neural networks. AFAIK they are AI-generated.

Noise is a filter in an image editing program, it’s not even remotely the same kind of algorithm as the visual spellchecker people call “AI”.
