The OCs are mine and Arcadias’, and the story should be easy enough to follow… but I’ll copypaste his summary of the backstory we wrote for him in the first place (because tracing it back to the original version is hard):
 
“The story goes that Mindy and Glinda run a fetish dungeon in Canterlot. And apparently, one evening, Rainbow Dash had a bit too much cider to drink and went on a destructive rampage through the place. Rather than facing legal action or steep fees, Mindy and Glinda offered her another way out: Dash had to be their maid for a week. Unfortunately for her, “maid” often translates to “tickle pet.” And on initiation day, they let Dashie know it. The poor athletic pony girl is insanely ticklish and laughs hysterically at even the tiniest poke. Mindy and Glinda, and their unending love of kinky footplay, have all sorts of torments in store for her.”
