They already have symbols for larger bellies (from S01E01 even!) - it wouldnt’ be that hard to adapt Cadance’s model.
Not to mention it could be twins. It’s unlikely, given that the last newborns (Pound and Pumpkin) were twins, but it can’t be ruled out.
I don’t think we will see her with a baby bump. But it would be cute. Like Lady Rainicorn from Adventure Time.
I’m pretty sure the Hasbro folks are going to milk this for all it’s worth. So, Cadance won’t have her foal until sometime in the middle of Season Six. Meanwhile, they’ll be playing up the “Will it be a boy/girl?” “Unicorn/pegasus/earth pony/alicorn?” “What will they call it?” mystery to the hilt.
Showing at least one episode with an obviously pregnant Cadance is going to mandatory, I think.
