He must have a myostatin deficiency.
Myostatin is a protein that the body produces so that the muscles don’t overdevelop. But occasionally, someone can have a birth defect wherein they don’t produce mgostatin, and this leads to them being naturally jacked, but they’re more prone to muscle soreness, which can be circumvented by doing daily stretches.
