It says “bitch” and “fuck”, but when we Russians say these two words together, we don’t create any common meaning, that is, just a quick migration without any common meaning or context, that is, they can’t be translated as “fucking bitch”, but rather “bitch” and “fuck”.
Apparently it means something like “fucking shit” or “whore bitch”, basically Russian insult.
