Pinkie Pie: Cheese, what on earth are you doing in the nursery again? We finished putting up furniture a few days ago. Don’t you think there’s enough in here?
 
Cheese Sandwich: Of course not my pink puffy pony~ *The stallion smiled widely as he looked back at his pregnant wife and held a bib in his hooves* The gender reveal party is going to be epic! And then the gender celebration party! Then once the foal is born we can have a celebration at the hospital, and then a coming home party! There are going to be so many parties in store!
 
Pinkie: *She giggles softly and kissed his cheek lovingly* Cheese, you’ve already got parties planned out don’t you?
 
Cheese: Without a doubt! I’ve got parties planned out up to the foal’s eighteenth birthday, for both a colt or a filly! And that’s not including six month birthday parties for every six months. I had to get five more party planners just for the occasion. Or should I say ‘occasions’~
 
Pinkie: *She can’t help but laugh softly at her husband’s silly puns and sit down beside him* You’re so cute sometimes, Cheesie-Weesey~
 
Cheese: And you’re absolutely perfect my plump and pretty party pony~
 
The two ponies sit close to each other cooing and doing all kinds of cute married couple things, not even realizing that Silver Lining was standing in the corner of the room after having followed his mother in there out of curiosity. He hated that room more than anything. He knew that once the foal was born he’d never even be seen again. He was hardly noticed as it was ever since she found out she was pregnant.
 
Silver Lining: M-Mom?
 
Pinkie: Oh, Cheese. I’m so excited~ A filly would be so perfect, adorable and small~
 
Silver: M-Momma? *His voice cracks nervously as he feels like he’s being ignored*
 
Cheese: Or maybe a colt? Perhaps a little colt to help with parties and even help me build or set up some equipment or sets for all kinds of parties!
 
Silver: *The colt sighed softly and as his mane drooped as his mother’s would, he turned and slowly walked out of the room, his sad heavy hooves clopping on the ground and out*
 
Pinkie Pie and Cheese continue to talk on and on about their future together with their unborn foal as if Silver hadn’t even existed really. Pinkie had a hard time with Silver Lining since he looked so much like his father that she just couldn’t even look at him sometimes. Pinkie was resentful over time with how Pokey had just left her without a care in the world, to raise his son. Cheese was there for Silver to try and become close to him and his mother, then marrying her and getting her pregnant. Silver despised Cheese for making him feel like he was just used to get to his mother. The colt grew up with a strong resentment to his mother over all, and his step-father, and even his soon to be step-siblings.
