i would say Valiant Heart is ftm transman.
Maybe he acts like a douche just for jokes, but is actually a decent pony if one hangs around him for some time.
He already looks like he’s going around town saying “Bitch, I’m fabulous!”.
And badass, as well. But that’s just me.
They would probably have one in the show, but I’m not sure they’d make it a colt. Unless they made him obscenely cute.
Have fun trying to achieve that task.
On a different topic: I’ve read a couple fanfics involving Shining Armor and Princess Cadance having a foal. In one fic, it was just a unicorn colt, but in the other fic, it was an alicorn colt.
I can live with that. We do need more non-Donut Steel male alicorns in the fandom.
