Same as with different ponies in the game. Twilight does that, Applejack does that, Rainbow Dash does that, Fluttershy does that, and Pinkie does that.
Not really, this is a cupcake that came from the game. It did fell from out of nowhere, or it popped up on Pinkie’s chin. This happens every single time.

Yes, but I’m not sure that this was the intent here. I think they just haven’t figured out how to make it look show accurate from all sides.
To be fair, that’s a (slightly) more “horsey” model than we get in the show.
