As long as we don’t get any canon character development, Flash Sentry is as good as the fandom wants him to be.

I’m not clear on what you’re saying; do you mean you’ve lost the capacity to care about the ship as long as the art is good, or you’ve lost the capacity to upvote good art whether or not you like the ship?
After nearly 5 years of bronihood, I’ve lost the capacity to give a yay whether I like the ship or not if the art itself is sufficiently good.
Not a fan of the ship, but the art style is cute. ^^
