Hoofsteps echoed down the halls of Canterlot Castle as Hestia and Ambrosia walked together, making idle conversation about Ambrosia’s latest problem: a stallion who kept showing up to Sweet Apple Acres just to argue with the ponies on the farm.
 
“What I don’t get is why he’s even there to begin with. I mean, he says he’s got somethin’ against our family, but he never really does anything,” Ambrosia explained. “You’d think that if he really wanted to cause problems that he’d start, like, stealin’ farm equipment or something, but all he really does is stand around blusterin’ at us.” She shook her head. “I dunno. Don’t make a whole lot of sense to me.”
 
Hestia hummed in acknowledgement. She raised an eyebrow. “Sounds like he doesn’t have a specific issue with your family. Maybe he’s just trying to find something to do.”
 
“Maybe,” said Ambrosia. Her ears twitched and she gave Hestia a wry smile. “He ain’t half bad to look at, either. Can’t bring myself to run him off the farm with such a pretty face.”
 
Hestia snickered. “Think you’re keeping him around ’cause he’s cute?”
 
“Well…”
