“Where are you taking us, big sister?” Apple Bloom asked Applejack, as they, along with Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle, are approaching a playground. “Just wait, alright?” Applejack told Apple Bloom, walking towards the playground even further. We’re almost there.”
Applejack and the Cutie Mark Crusaders have finally reached the playground. “Open your eyes now.” She told the Cutie Mark Crusaders, reacting with excitement, looking at the playground equipment. “We’ve finally made it!” Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle said while jumping very happy.
“Thank you so much for taking us to the playground!” Apple Bloom told her big sister, feeling honored that her sister took her, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle at a playground.
“It is a pleasure.” Applejack replied, hugging her sister.
“I love it when you come with us.” Scootaloo told Applejack, accepting her as an assistance occasionally. “Yeah, too bad Rarity’s not with us.” Apple Bloom told the group since, for whatever reason, Rarity didn’t appear with the group.
“And Scootaloo’s sister, Rainbow Dash, isn’t with us either.” Sweetie Belle told Apple Bloom and Applejack. “Rainbow’s not my sister!” Scootaloo replied back, feeling annoyed at the comment Sweetie Belle just mentioned.
Shortly after the brief argument between Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, Applejack placed the Cutie Mark Crusaders in line by order, with Sweetie Belle going first, Apple Bloom in the middle, and Scootaloo in the back.
“Okay, let’s all have some fun!” Applejack excitedly told the Cutie Mark Crusaders, reminding them that they must play safe. “Understood!” The Cutie Mark Crusaders replied as they walked towards a different direction from one another: Apple Bloom goes on a swing, Scootaloo goes on the slides, and Sweetie Belle walking towards the area where the Tic-Tac-Toe game is.
Sweetie Belle looked at the Tic-Tac-Toe game, with some letters involving the O’s and X’s are missing. “Hmm, let’s try this.” She said, as levitated the one on the top left, revealing the letter X. “This looks like fun!” she said, letting the other hidden letters until it looked exactly she got a Tic-Tac-Toe.
“Yeah, I got a Tic-Tac-Toe!” Sweetie Belle shouted with happiness while jumping, causing the other three ponies to turn around and look at her.
“Hey, what’s this game?” Scootaloo asked Sweetie Belle, as she never saw a game like that in her universe. “This game is called “Tic-Tac-Toe.” Sweetie Belle replied. “We’ve played this once before with the other fillies back at the Ponyville Schoolhouse, too, right?”
Applejack, hearing the conversation between Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle talking about Tic-Tac-Toe, commented, “At my old school, we never had a game called “Tic-Tac-Toe”.”
“Doesn’t this remind me for the fact that some playground equipment in this world doesn’t exist in the world we live in?” Apple Bloom asked Applejack as she was still on the swing, also listening to the conversation between Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle.
“I doubt that.” Applejack answered, as she wasn’t amused for the fact that some playground equipment in the real world, such as the monkey bars, doesn’t exist in Equestria.
Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo rushed and ran towards the swings, as they felt like they would want a ride on them as well.
“Hey, sis!” Apple Bloom called out towards her sister, who walked up towards them. “My, it’s rare to see three fillies on the swings at once.” Applejack said. “Yeah, because in Equestria, only one pony can ride on the swing at a time.” Sweetie Belle said.
“I know this is awkward, but I can’t push everypony each at the same time.” Applejack told the Cutie Mark Crusaders, as it would be difficult pushing all three fillies on the swings at once.
Applejack began thinking in her head for some time, and let out a big grin on her face.
“I have an idea!” Applejack said, as she knew what she had in her mind comes a real thing. “What?” The Cutie Mark Crusaders asked in shock, listening to Applejack’s suggestion.
“How about I push one filly at a time so that things are fair and square?” Applejack asked the three fillies, knowing that her suggestion was the right thing. “Sure!” said the three fillies, as Applejack walked up towards Apple Bloom from behind first.
As Applejack pushed Apple Bloom while on the swing, Apple Bloom said with excitement, “Yahoo! I’m really feelin’ it!”
“Do me next!” Scootaloo told Applejack, as she was between Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle, rushing Applejack. “Hold it, I’m comin’!” She responded back towards Scootaloo, approaching her, giving her a push on the swing. “Aww, you’re the best, Applejack!” Scootaloo said with an exciting look on her face.
Finally, Applejack walked over towards Sweetie Belle, and helped push her on the swing so that she, much like Apple Bloom and Scootaloo, can feel like a bird soaring in the wind.
“This is really fun!” Sweetie Belle shouted with happiness, feeling herself swinging high on the swings.
“Well, you three fillies are very happy when stuff like this happen.” Applejack calmly told the three fillies, understanding that fun can sometimes be too exciting for the three fillies, who are always ready to go on any adventures.
“With you around, we smile perfectly!” Apple Bloom and Scootaloo told Applejack, making her blush a little and feel nervous at the same time.
