I just hate the frontier for being a big area for nothing but battle challenges, it’s a waste of map space they could use for somthing worth exploring, and then how they have symbols/prints make it feel like over-glorified and overly long gyms.

That would get tedious, flying back and forth just when you want to battle in a different style. Battle frontier was the best of both worlds, unique atmosphere, a large space to explore that wasn’t too big it felt annoying and multiple different battle facilities. And for the love of god please bring back Battle Factory at least. It’s what got me into competitive pokemon and lets people without dozens of hours of free time battle with competitive pokes legitimately.
You can do the same in ONE place, not a number of them in a single area.

The Post-game should be more than just a 3v3 hax fest. New areas are nice for about an hour or two when doing the story but it’s the Battle frontier that players are going to be spending 100+ hours in.
No, you get out with you love of that over-glorified waste of space.
We could get somthing good added like new areas to explore not one big battle challenge area.

Yeah the dual games are always an alternate of each other but there is a timeline that can be traced a ways back if you pick just one version of the games.
Is just a “third version” cut into two games, which means is just SM with some story updates, a major change in the climax and a bigger postgame, like yellow, crystal, emerald and platinum.
We got the Battle Tree, we don’t need more.
To be fair, I don’t know if it’s 100% confirmed. But it is the primary theory about what the story is going to be, what with Solgaleo and Lunala so obviously fused with Necrozma. Honestly, since all Pokemon games are alternate universes of each other, this isn’t that much of a stretch (i.e. Crystal is an alternate universe of Gold and Silver, which are themselves alternate universes of each other). Anything is better than shitty sequels like B2/W2.
Really? Was that confirmed? I didn’t know but it makes sense with the whole alternate universe theme there doing now. I just hope this alternate timeline has a battle frontier.
