Well, it’s a comic. English is clearly not writer’s first language but it’s still good. Anyway, NMM has returned separate from Luna and isn’t evil anymore. Luna slipped once and called NMM her “daughter” instead of sister, which is how she truly feels about her. And because it’s Celestia that Luna was jealous of when she became Nightmare Moon, Luna feels that NMM is the creation of both of them. Celestia is realizing that, well, it sorta means she has a daughter with her sister.
Artist really needs a native English speaker to proof.
