Tuck her in the blankets as a grab a spear pillow and blanket and sleep on the floor.

Put Nyx on one of the pillows, then rest head on pillow next to Nyx

Cuddle her and help her find a way home.
 
If said way is found, find a way to keep it open for regular use.
 
If that’s not possible, go to Equestria with Nyx and settle down there.

I let her sleep, and think of how the hell I’m going to explain this to my roommate. Crap. Otherwise though, I am very kind and caring to Nyx.

if she is awake and ask who i am i would say my name and say “but you can call me ‘Daddy’.” in both contexts

Let her finish her nap while I make her a snack. When she wakes up, some carrots, celery, apple slices and a sugar cube will be waiting for her. After she’s eaten, we figure out out she came to be here and what the best course of action is.

With the amount of stuff on my bed and the fact that I sleep in my easy chair instead, I probably wouldn’t notice her till she woke up.
 
With that being said, there would probably be a bit of screaming, and a bit of my brain crashing and rebooting.
 
Inquiries would be made as to how she ended up here, and depending on the response I’d prepare for an undetermined period of caring for a small alicorn filly. Hmm. Practice human/pony difference speeches…
