It was always my headcanon that Eastern Unicorns have a forward curved horn. And Descendants of Kirins.

Eastern Pegasus should have slightly broader wings with slightly bold frames. Descendants of Pegadrakes.

Earth Ponies, Pretty much the same as Equestrian earth ponies. Descendants of Bixie
