Ever wonder why there’s so much Scootabuse on the web? Is it because she’s a bland and obnoxious idiot sandwiched between two adorably awesome characters? Is it because she’s part fluffy?
Nope! It’s because of a little thing called original sin. See, Scootaloo met Don Bluth, and thought he was awesome! (Not exactly an unfair assessment.) But what Scootaloo did not realize is that God hates Don Bluth, and can never allow this talented man any happiness. None can say why this is (maybe All Dogs is actually blasphemous, lol), but all those in Don Bluth’s wake must taste the lash for being in his presence!
Incidentally, these two wound up forming a club! The president is Kyle Rayner. :B

Heck, even Lauren Faust took a shot at him before, (in a rant she made about working on “Quest for Camalot” she remarked, “If they wanted a bad Disney knock-off, they should’ve talked to Don Bluth”) which was a dick move on her part, as much as I respect her… Not to mention, she’s not perfect either. (“Everyone Knows It’s Bendy” comes to mind.) Not bashing her, mind you, just saying that was uncalled for on her part. As I said, he made alot of my favorite childhood movies, so bashing him is kinda a sore spot with me.
The ironic thing is, Don’s movies going downhill in the ‘90s (though I still liked some like “Rock-a-Doodle” as a kid personally) wasn’t really entirely his fault, but mostly the executive-meddling, and such he faced who forced him to make them more “Disney-like,” and such.
In fact, (I know I said this already) Don Bluth hated how “Pebble and the Penguin” turned out SO much, he requested his name be taken off of it. That’s how much he hated it.
I got to say “Titan A.E.” is by far NOT a “Disney Knock-Off.” (I still say that movie needs more love. It also felt more grown-up then most western animated-movies at the time to, hence the PG-rating. Which might also be why it didn’t do so well.)
As for Bakshi? I am convinced we’ll see him again if they ever make an X-rated MLPFIM wide release. XD

Beliefs aside, that’s quite the statement. I enjoy his pre-Rock-a-Doodle or whatever films, and I imagine a lot of others did as well.
Did we really need that as a tag?
(“Titan A.E.” is very underrated.)
