It is a rather good attempt of “take pony, copypaste random real stuff on it.”  
There are many who look much worse.
 
But it still has that kind of… I don’t even know what adjective to use, I can’t point at it.  
Maybe the lighting and shading which are off?  
Maybe that there is no room for RD’s ears?  
Maybe the mane not being bent down by the hat and being still intact?  
Maybe the uncanny valley between cartoon horse meeting meeting real stuff?  
Maybe the odd looking hat? (Dog? Kangaroo? Armadillo? What even is this? Please tag the animal.)  
Maybe the jersey’s shoulder right next to the neck where no pony leg should be?
