That’s probably true. Even Equestria Girls’ creators thought like that and made Spike a dog instead of human.

Hmm, nope. Still don’t like it. I liked all this artist’s humanizations, but Spike just doesn’t appeal to me. He loses all his cuteness in his human form. Other artists have tried too and I didn’t like how those turned out either. I guess Spike’s core design just doesn’t work humanized.

You would say that, Starly. More accurately, there’s an abundance of lesbianisms.

As for the picture, it was pretty crap, let’s be honest. Spike’s nowhere near that young. The Crusaders aren’t that young and he’s older than them. Shorts are considerably more fitting.

He’s too small, too. Depending on his age, he should be at least half to three-quarters of Twilight’s size, maybe larger. He is male after all, and even at a young age sexual dimorphism would ensure a decent size.
