I think there should be multiple versions of that art (NOT from overthelakepancake at all) like various different  
artists that can do Mare and Stallion characters including Rarity, Twilight, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash,  
Fluttershy, Sunset Shimmer, Trixie, Starlight Glimmer, and a Base Template from the original art.
 
There should also be a parody for the description like:  
Examples:  
______ probably got that cute round belly from eating too many ______ while playing ________

Hmmmm, how would one get in touch with this artist? They seem to have every profile of theirs deactivated on multiple websites… I’d love to commission them sometime.
