It was turned into CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. Where he DITCHED the name Onyx Tiara, and let go of his prejudice, apologized for his actions, and became the respectable and firm father he is in the series.
From what I remember they didn’t use Filthy originally, (sense the fic’ series came out before he was introduced) so they called her Dad “Onyx Tiara,” or something instead. Haven’t followed the series lately though, so I don’t know if he updated it with Filthy.
Well in the Mind Games arc, Filthy stopped after he had some sense put in to him.
I think that was one of the few things I didn’t like about this fanfic/video series. Still worth a watch/listen though.
The Rarity chapter was actually quite good, and the girl who did Rarity’s voice/narration was quite good to. (Sadly, she didn’t reprise the role for other chapters I don’t think.)
DT’s family in this story is racist against anything not earth pony.
Yeah, it is kinda dumb.
