They were $47 with free shipping on Amazon for me!
They’re real. Hope you’re willing to give up seventy bucks (at least, that’s what it cost at my Barnes and Noble)
Exactly. For example, knowing another culture is vital for any type of contact with it, be it through diplomacy (so as to not offend them) or war (He who knows both himself an his enemy needs not fear the outcome of a hundred battles).

Thought it was :D
Isn’t it the book that Daring was hiding the ring inside?
50 euro is a bit too much for me though. Like, I certainly wouldn’t mind if one mysteriously made it to my home, but even then unless the chest thingy is really well made (thus you can use it to put stuff in) it will just take up a lot of space.
I’m hoping on just the books being released at some point in some printed way (be it just the hardcovers, or a paperback ombibus) and I’ll definitely buy that. I don’t care much for limited/collector editions and stuff like that, but for those of you that do: buy this.
Yes!
Well… here it is. I think.
No they’re full of nothing, but blank pages.
Heeeeeere’s your sign!
These things are official.
I don’t know, I never saw it personally. Looks cool.
It’s not inherently racist to study other peoples or cultures for scientific or academic purposes. You can be a racist while doing so, certainly, but without actually reading her paper, I’m not sure I’d be comfortable making that declaration. Further, it seems likely, given that she wrote it during her tenure in the National Archives (and given that the paper’s title is a rhyming pun on “Greek and Roman studies”), that it was focused on historical anthropology, not an analysis of contemporary griffon society (though again, there’s nothing inherently racist in studying contemporary cultures).
That’s like saying it’s raciest to write a study on heritage.
You do know what anthropology is, right?
It’s possible that I’m being oversensitive, but it seems a bit racist to write “anthropological studies” on a neighboring country of supposed equals, perfectly capable of speaking for themselves. (Possibly more so, what with opposable claws.)
AWESOME!
Yyyup. Called that one fair.
“A.K. Yearling’s adventure novels starring the fearless Daring Do have been recognized as the best-selling series in Equestria history. Yearling holds a degree in Literature from Pranceton University. After college, she briefly worked as a researcher at the National Archives for Equestrian Artifacts and Ponthropology in Canterlot. During that time, she wrote an essay based on her findings on the Griffon territories entitled “What was the Name of that Griffon Again? Or Beak and Roaming Studies Recalled.” It was published last year by the University of Equexeter’s journal, Pegasus. She enjoys quiet time at home alone and long trots on the beach.”
