In this episode Scootaloo gets framed by a criminal who looks exactly like her, and is sentenced to death by electric chair. Only the electric chair doesn’t kill her, but accidently gives her the power to shoot electricity from her hooves, and magnetize objects.
Therefore she becomes “SCOOTALOO THE ELECTRO!”
