Anyway, yeah. Spitfire with mane brushed down, wearing a little black dress or something. I’d like to see her femininity shown.

Here’s a first draft made before >>11621124 was posted. Seems tempting to repose her on a daybed now that you’ve specified the request a little more.

This has the look of something potentially fantastic.
Stylistically it’s quite different from the pic the fellow above you did, and I’m very much looking forward to seeing where you’ll ultimately take it.

The headband is a fantastic touch, goes perfect with the chiton. The chiton itself is very nice, the translucency is an excellent little touch that I’d like to have kept. The pose is very good, although your suggestion to have her repose on a daybed (or a Roman couch…) would be a bit better, I believe. The facial expression is… I honestly don’t know. I like it, but I think it could be better. Perhaps some bedroom eyes, or a gentle blush? I really can’t tell you what this one is lacking, I can’t pinpoint anything wrong with it.

Very much looking forward to seeing where you decide to take this. I’ll save my effusive praise for the final draft.

Here’s what I’ve got at the moment.

Funny you brought up the issue with the expression. I thought bedroom eyes would be a little overboard, but it looks like I made the right choice.

There’s an unfortunate lack of feminine Spitfire, whether pics or stories.
I’m working on the writefag end, and I appreciate you taking your time to add to the pic end.

We’ve only ever seen her on duty or ‘in character’ during special events. She’s still as much a mare as any other (an incredibly beautiful and talented one as well) and should have some more portrayals of her Off Duty time.

This draft is much better. If you had the chiton as semi-translucent as you did before I’d be even happier. The Cloudsdalian couch she’s reclining on is perfect, the ideal setting for this interpretation. Bedroom eyes are great, although I find the downcast turn of her mouth… it kind of fits, but something else could be done to make it better. Maybe the thinnest wisp of a shy smile? As far as the visible cutie mark goes, for this pic I’d actually rather drop the side-slit and stick with the semi-translucent material of the first draft. Her pose itself is unquestionably feminine and dignified, but also relaxed. Additionally, I found the headband with its simple squiggly design in the first draft preferable to this unadorned one.

Keep up the fantastic work though, drawbro. I’m more impressed each time I look over them again.
