It looks to me like the accessories are removable on this new style of blind bag. Look at how bulky apple strudel’s tracht is, and how it’s split down the middle. Same with Flam’s shirt.
 
The hats have to be removable, seems a really odd decision to mold them that way otherwise (the hair underneath appears to be fully sculpted).
