I know that. Just thought it’s interesting to bring up the metaness of situation, since the character designs in the show tend to be very static from a production standpoint until the plot or fan response demands it (Derpy with the lack of wall eyes before the middle of season 1, pre-LE Luna, and of course, pre-MMC Twilight). Also, it makes for an intriguing storyline.
 
The S2 Luna/Twilicorn drama isn’t something I’m interested in exploring unless it’s for shits and giggles.

Oh for the love of, IT’S CALLED SHOW DEVELOPMENT. Luna turns from that to what she has become now because she waxes and wanes with the moon. Twilight was just rewarded for all the shit she went through and Derpy… SHE MADE AN APPEARANCE IN SEASON 3!
