Lunar Supporter - Helped forge New Lunar Republic's freedom in the face of the Solar Empire's oppressive tyrannical regime (April Fools 2023).

It really is bad for the knees. Even if your strength softens your impact so your knee doesn’t shatter from impacting with the ground, your leg bones and muscles suffer instead.  
I jumped off my roof (for reasons) and tried to be cool landing like Iron Man doing it, with a ground pound… Damn near broke the leg. Didn’t walk on it for two weeks.  
Wasn’t so much from the height of the roof, was all in how the landing happened.
