I can, to me it adds a bit of realism to the scene, but that is probably because willing prey is a huge turn off for me.
 
They have to go down squirming and wriggling. ;-)

Eeeeh a filly twi (or any filly really) crying to be let out is a bit too much for me to enjoy it.
 
I’m fine with digestion and death stuff even though I don’t prefer it but I just can’t find any enjoyment in this.
