Description

The two Twilights seem to be hunched over about the same (SciTwi has more bent knees, but PonyTwi is leaning over more. However, despite the fact that the isometric view means that SciTwi’s position further back means that her head would be higher from our view, PonyTwi is still slightly taller than she is.
 
It’s also interesting how different their body proportions are from each other.

Looking more closely, I cannot find any discerning physical differences, noting their clothes give off the optical illusion one’s appendage or abdomen is thicker than the other’s. :j

actually at least THAT is an optical illusion due to the different skirts and shoes, they are exactly the same. Put them over photoshop and you will see they are exactly the same

The thing I love most about Pony!Twi as an EG is how she holds her hands. Still not used to fingers and bends them as if they were hooves. That’s a really neat thing they did all along the 3 movies.

The only thing I can say that’s different is their hair other than hairstyle. When Sci-Twi’s hair wasn’t in a bun, I think her hair length was shorter, but the… whatever you call the strands of hair by her ears if they have an actual name, are longer.
 
For height, I have no idea. However I do notice that Sci-Twi’s neck is more vertical while Twilight’s is bent forward a bit.

Isn’t SciTwi supposed to be based on her Unicorn form?  
You know, what with her studying in Crystal Prep being a parallel to to Twi never having gone to Ponyville?  
She grew a bit after becoming an Alicorn so it makes sense that her humkan form its taller, even if I’m 100% sure this is NOT something the staff even thought about at any point.

Whatever bird that's dumber than a duck. Imagine I made the effort to research that and make a new badge for it. - Either a complete retard or a full time moron, it's hard to tell which and frankly I don't care either way

They’re standing on the exact same row of squares (as indicated by the lowest line), so the height discrepancy can’t be due to perspective. I can’t tell with the current style of clothes they’re wearing, but SciTwi looks generally scrawnier than PonyTwi (who wasn’t all that meaty to begin with). Also, it may be a trick of color contrast, but SciTwi also looks paler in general.

Her old human assets are after she was an alicorn. I’m nit saying they made Pony Twi bigger than before, I’m saying they made Human Twi smaller when they made her assets.

I honestly think the perspective is slightly different. Pony Twilight stands a little more to the left/front while human Twilight stands more in the back. I do like it how their appearance is bit different from another. Human Twi seems to need glasses while pony Twi doesn’t and the former has also more curls in her hair.
