Yeah. Also, I think that it’s kind of interesting that all the VAs in MLP somehow can’t avoid translating ‘cute Goth’ to ‘Raven from Teen Titans’. I mean, they probably had somebody other than Tara do both Maud and the Goth pony specifically so they wouldn’t end up sounding like a Raven ripoff.
Didn’t know Andrea Libman can also be a goth too. I mean, I know she voices three characters with different personalities, but an emo pone? I’m a bit surprised, I say.
Credits say she’s played by Andrea Libman, a.k.a. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy.

There is no list of names, just what someone wants to name them. In the credits she’s “Goth pony” because she’s a goth, which Raven from teen titans did. She likes the dark, because she’s goth, so she likes the moon dress. That doesn’t magically mean throwing “moonlight” into her name makes sense.
Could we not forcibly name a character the same way people name their terrible alicorn OCs? This character has no official name. You have no ground on which to push this crappy one.
