I may have to suck up my pride and finish Dead Money to go back and get it. Then take it for a final stretch run as I either try to max-level before completion, or just beat the game anyways so I can do a last achievement run.

I don’t think I ever found a mod for the Zebra rifle.
Or rather I had one but it wasn’t skinned. All it was was a Chinese Assault Rifle with some stat modifications and a rename. Whoever put it together didn’t at least attempt to slap a decal on it.
Yeah I love that sniper it’s a beast I also love the zebra carbine it looks awesome and it lights everything on fire.
The mod page says Dean Domino should have one in an ammo box in his home for sure. But it wasn’t there. Other-wise they’re supposed to be random loot or in his stashes throughout the Villa.
They ain’t there though, and I was looking forward to cheesing the mist.

I got Spitfire’s Thunder and Little Macintosh. I really love Spitfire’s Thunder, it’s OP as fuck and it doesn’t do any favors for me on non-sniper runs, lol.
I haven’t attempted to get the masks in dead money before I may have to check that out and see if it doesn’t work for me either.
Do you have the FoE weapon mods like zebra carbine, spitfires thunder, and little macintosh? Those are great.
I enjoy the ones I got, though not so much the part where I can’t figure out why they’re not loading for Dead Money.
I have that gas mask mod but I traded it out for spice of life that adds better ones.
In the case of this screenshot I was flustered I didn’t get the last GRA achievement since I cleared all challenged, then I figured I cheated sometime down the line while taking free-cam screenshots of her which probably fucked it up. Now I’m playing through Dead Money and slightly pissed that the gas mask mod I got isn’t at the Sierra Madre as I was promised.

In my latest runs I haven’t either. I just like to go it stylish now.
That’s like the end of the game there wouldn’t even be a point to learning it that far in.
I don’t really wear power armor anyways but you get what I mean.
You’re forgetting that if you help Arcade Gannon, you can receive power armour training at the end of his quest.
That last ones not really a side quest as much as it is the main story and pip has us beat on that one.
All the while: exploring some tangled conspiracy and political intrigue surrounding the Platinum Chekov’s Gun.
Also kill the commander of one two armies if not totally cut off their heads.
Clear out vault 3 of fiends.
Launch ghouls into outer space.
Find 50 star bottle caps.
Fix all the brotherhoods problems if you want to learn how to wear power armor!
