But what’s the deal with him being mistaken for a mare constantly?
His cutiemark are thought clouds in a storm cloud form. His special talent is coming up with good ideas. The ideas do not come to him at an instant(if he tries to think of an idea at his will, it might have some drawbacks), but when a good idea does happen, it’s it is a great one. He is not a violent pony, because he thinks fighting only makes things worse.

Who is this?
Brainstorm was avoiding some stallions in Saddle Arabia who are chasing after him. He hides in a clothing shop in the bizarre and puts on the nearest wearable item. Unfortunately, it was a belly dancer’s costume. He fooled those goons, but before he could take off the disguise, he was abducted by some stallions of some rich guy, thinking he was a member of his harem.
