The Infinity Gauntlet is a dreadfully powerful artefact from Marvel Comics which combines the Infinity Gems into a whole. Each Infinity Gem governs one aspect of existence - Mind, Space, Time, Power, Reality and Soul. Donning the Gauntlet and being able to successfully withstand what it represents essentially makes the wielder all-powerful, “God” if you will. The only times the Gauntlet was worn, the wielder was “defeated” by themselves, when they chose to take the Gauntlet off or leave it behind, such as when Thanos, the first wielder, merged with the essence of the universe, leaving behind his physical body which the Gauntlet was attached to. The second time it was worn by Thanos’s daughter, who was convinced to remove the Gauntlet.

I doubt any MLP characters have the will and intellect to withstand donning the Infinity Gauntlet. Upon donning the Gauntlet, the wielder begins to become aware of all life, matter, energy and thought in the entire universe simultaneously as they gain “cosmic awareness”.
 
According to Adam Warlock(or was it Dr Strange?) an unworthy mind donning the Gauntlet might consider ending the universe during this cosmic awakening just to make the mental assault stop. The Gauntlet is not just something anyone can wear to automatically become God, only the most powerful of minds can withstand it.
