I think people get silly about characters overshadowing one another in episodes as though they need to have the episode 100% exclusive to them or hog the spotlight in order to be properly represented.

Rarity/Applejack and Discord/Fluttershy have a recurring theme of shared episodes. I noticed the lack of Rarity/Spike in this season, though.

But y’know, even with three Rara episodes in a row I’m alright with it, even if they could be stand to be spaced better. Rarity’s always entertaining.

This must be their 16th episode. We already know their 15th will be the one where Rainboe Dash gets in trouble for no reason.

3 things:  
-Wow 3 Rara episodes in a row.  
-Movie and episode, like talking about overkill.  
-Another AJ/Rarity episode. Don’t get me wrong, these have a great chemistry and dynamic going on, but it’s getting a bit repetitive. We’ll be getting a Rainbow/Rarity episode too thank goodness but why not a Twilight/Rarity? We’ve seen them having fun interactions before and there could be enough conflicts between them for a good story as well. Such a shame…

Fifteen episodes into the season, and we finally get an Applejack episode.

Time for rarity to get overshadowed again it seems.

It’s episode 15 in terms of production order, but episode 16 in terms of air date.
