I’ve always seen Hedison as Bond Series’ Felix Leiter many years after this, and this did not impress me as hard as I thought. But this scene hasn’t lost its power. I love the Cronenberg version, and no scene is as unsettling as this one.
Maybe because I’m quite an arachnophobe. The poor things aren’t guilty, but I’m very afreid of them (with cockoraches is even worse).
