Nah, Rarity has better taste than to be bribed by a Diamond Dog. She also wouldn’t be cowering like that; in “A Dog and Pony Show” she had those guys pegged from the start.
Unless she’s doing it for Spike’s benefit, letting him be her knight-in-scaley-armor for the day.
Also Zelestia is apparently a thing that is real.
