Still, in Equestria main 6 maturity was on level of adults, while their age was probably around 20-22 years. Why their reincarnation are teenagers of 14-16 age?

Well, Applejack can, but her position is significantly weakened.
 
Also, I don’t know what gilda was expecting. Asking someone to uproot her entire life isn’t usually going to get a positive response. Still, hopefully Dash’s reasons will be understandable even to someone so besotted. “I’m a superhero and I’m needed here” seems like ti should work for all but the most irrational…
