Evil Rough Diamond has broken out of prison and is back for revenge.
 
She torments the tied up Babs Seed by tickling her favorite cousin Apple Bloom and forces her to watch her suffering.
 
The tough tomboy selflessly pleads and begs Rough Diamond to spare Apple Bloom and punish her instead for it was her who captured the thief.
 
Rough Diamond however knows how much her cousin means to her and refuses; the helpless Babs can do nothing but powerlessly observe poor Apple Blooms torment and try to comfort her.
 
Rough Diamond knows that her wicked torture hurts Babs much more than Apple Bloom and takes great joy in cruelly teasing and taunting the two fillies.
 
To rub it in she also gleefully mocks Babs inability to help her friend and tell her that everything what happens to her is Babs fault.
 
Little she knows that Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle are already on their way to rescue their friends and pay Rough Diamond back tenfold.

He’s right, you know. Fetish stuff is fetish stuff, and should at least be Suggestive because their PURPOSE is arousing the audience, and the fact that this only works on those who have a fetish does not change the fact.
 
Besides, you can almost always tell even if you’re fetish-less. A diaper fetish pic for example (which is also technically nonsexual for most of us) will look obviously porn related, different from other Safe pictures.
 
Just because you can hide indulging in your fetish more easily than stuff everybody associates with normal sex does not mean you SHOULD; it’s technically unethical.
