No those are possibly C cups when you take proportions into consideration. I agree it’s probably between B and C, but A would just look flat in this image. Most people draw DD or E cups. Even larger like up to G and H cups.
Those aren’t C-cups O_o
They’re like, large A or small B.
I do agree that double E is too common though, especially for Fluttershy
That’s just how I draw Fluttershy. Giant-breasted Fluttershy is over done and I don’t find it very interesting, thank you very much.

I agree, I’d be glad to have Fluttershy’s breasts this size and in my face, or just generally in my face at all. And then later on, I could look back at that moment and say “thanks for the mammaries”. :D
Even though they’re not in your face huge, I wouldn’t mind them being in my face. Something warm to snuggle up to and hopefully not get bitten by Angel.

Yeah, gigantic-boobs-Fluttershy has never been my thing and I find it mildly annoying. I pretty much never draw it unless commissioned.
As for the support her clothing offers, or lack thereof–well, I don’t really know. She has remarkably self-supporting breasts, I guess. XD
I guess I shouldn’t complain; at least her bosom is a normal size…
