Considering her “alicorn” form is apparently permanent, it kinda makes sense she would still be an alicorn if she got turned into a baby somehow.
Regression is weird like that, sometimes it takes you back to the state you were at a young age, others it makes you just a chibi version of your current self. Even memories vary from fully retained to a haze to nothing.
To be fair,it’s a paradox since Twilight was born an unicorn then became an alicorn. Baby alicorn Twilight is a temporal paradox GREAT SCOTT MARTY WHAT HAVE YOU DONE AGAIN
